Our services
Home and commercial loans,
handled by a former bank lender.
Our founder spent 15+ years lending inside the banks. Today he uses that same credit lens to compare lenders and prepare your application, so it stands up from the start.

Home loans
Living in it, moving up
or investing — get the
structure right first.
Rate matters, but structure decides how flexible you'll be for years. We lay
out the options and the trade-offs, then decide with you.

A lender's perspective
We know what the other side of the desk looks for.
15+ years of lending inside the banks means we see an application's strengths and risks before it's
lodged.

Policy first, then the lender
Every lender treats income, occupation and property type differently. We match the policy first, then compare rates.

Documents right the first time
We prepare your file the way a credit assessor expects it, so there's less back-and-forth and a faster decision.

Issues raised before the lender does
Self-employed income, overseas assets, complex company structures — we address them and prepare the explanation before lodging.
How it works
You'll know what's next, at every step.
First consultation
We learn your goals, income and timing.
Compare and pre-approve
We compare lenders, recommend one with reasons, and help with pre-approval.
Formal application
We prepare and lodge the application,
and deal with the lender and valuer.
Approval and settlement
We follow through to settlement day, and we're here after.
Good questions
Everything
people ask
before they book.
Didn't find your answer? Just ask.
For most home and investment loans, there’s no fee to you. We’re paid a commission by the lender once your loan settles, and we’ll disclose exactly how much before you sign anything. Some commercial or complex loans may involve a fee; if so, we’ll tell you upfront.
Your bank can only offer its own products. We compare across our lender panel and, because our founder spent 15+ years lending inside the banks, we match your situation to the right lender’s policy first, then compare rates. That’s often the difference between an approval and a decline.
Nothing. The first chat is about your goals, income and timing. If we move forward, we’ll send you a tailored checklist so you only gather what your lender actually needs.
No. A consultation involves no credit check. A credit enquiry only happens when an application is lodged with a lender, and we’ll always tell you before that happens.
Pre-approval typically takes a few days to two weeks, depending on the lender and how complex your situation is. Formal approval after you’ve found a property is usually one to three weeks. A well-prepared file is the biggest factor in speed, which is where we focus.
